What is the minimum age to get in?
Access only from the age of 18+. Bring your ID & ticket (digital or printed) with you.
Can I resell my ticket even though it has been personalised?
Ticket personalisation is negligible and you can easily pass on/sell your tickets. A ticket transfer is not necessary.
Can I bring my own drinks or food?
No, drinks and food are available for fair prices.
Is there an awareness team?
Our awareness team is committed to an emancipated party where everyone can feel comfortable. Anyone who has a negative experience can turn to the team. They will help affected people with talks, support or in taking concrete actions.
Can I leave the event area and re-enter?
The ticket purchased entitles the holder to admission to the event grounds. Whether re-entry after leaving the event area is possible depends on the location.
Is a wardrobe available where I can leave my clothes?
There is a wardrobe where you can leave your jacket, backpack or other clothes.
Is the venue barrier-free?
Yes, the venue is completely barrier-free. All areas are accessible by wheelchair.
Are tickets available at the door?
If the tickets are not sold out in the pre-sale, we sell tickets at the entrance to the event area.
